Our family tradition for Christmas is that we go to our Grandpa's house on Christmas Eve and we have dinner, then open all of the presents! I had such a great time this year! I just wish the whole family came! This year, and the last, my aunt didn't come. And this year my other aunt didn't come either (I have three aunts). But we still have a big family. I have so many cousins/2nd cousins!
When it comes to that time when we are getting ready to open presents, Ruby (my sister) and I like to organize them into piles. That's another one of our family traditions; the kids organize the presents into piles for everyone there! I love to do that - getting on your hands and knees and moving all of the presents around the room.
I know it's not about receiving, it's about giving, but that doesn't mean you can't be excited about your presents, does it? Well, I love the presents I got for Christmas!! I got some slippers, candy canes, a moose (stuffed), perfume.. and my favorite present of all... a KINDLE FIRE :)
I couldn't believe my grandpa got it for me!! So amazing!! I just love him (and not cause of the presents).
